Jennifer Arriaga is a seasoned force in Houston’s luxury real estate and custom homebuilding industries, with over 25 years of experience leading high-end residential projects from concept to closing. Her career began in real estate marketing, quickly advancing to National Account Supervisor for one of the nation’s largest production builders. From there, she transitioned into development and custom building, eventually helping launch Abby Custom Homes in 2000 — a boutique design/build firm known for crafting one-of-a-kind residences across Greater Houston.

 

Jennifer wears many hats — from business development and operations, sales and design, creative strategist, and licensed Broker. Her deep knowledge of land and project development, construction, and real estate allows her to deliver full-service solutions that feel personalized, intentional, and elevated. In 2005, she launched her real estate license, expanding her reach to provide turnkey representation for buyers, sellers, and custom home clients alike.

 

Recognized as Custom Builder of the Year by the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA), Jennifer has also served on numerous industry boards including the GHBA, Texas Association of Builders, and the National Association of Home Builders. Her leadership and reputation are grounded in integrity, design-forward thinking, and a relentless commitment to quality. Jennifer was the first woman to be the Custom Builder Council President at GHBA as well.
