With over 50 years of combined experience, Anthony Arriaga and Jennifer Arriaga co-founded The Arriaga Companies Inc., Abby Custom Homes, in the year 2000 to provide clients with a full-service design/build experience. This includes, but is not limited to, land evaluation, development, consultations, turnkey real estate services and interior design in new home construction and residential remodeling. Abby Custom Homes is a family-owned business where the principals gained their homebuilding experience working for some of the most reputable builders and developers in Houston and around the country.

Abby Custom Homes offers luxurious custom homes built to last with quality materials and the latest trends and techniques. They provide their clients with a home personalized to fit their needs, desires, and lifestyle in the location of their choice. Abby Custom Homes is dedicated to providing a personal experience for every client from the first consultation to long after they move into their new home.

By paying attention and demanding the finest in craftsmanship, Abby Custom Homes can create a truly custom home of superior quality. Jennifer Arriaga was awarded 2008/2009 Custom Builder of the Year by the Greater Houston Builders Association. She also served on the Board of Directors and as a member of the Executive Committee of GHBA, the Public Relations Chairman for the Texas Association of Builders, and a Board Member for the National Association of Homebuilders. Other community involvement includes being past President of the Custom Builders Council, an Executive Committee Member 2008 for GHBA, The Board of Directors of the Greater Houston Builders Association, and Texas Association of Builders in 2007.

Abby Custom Homes is one of three building entities where Anthony and Jennifer Arriaga have ownership. Abby Custom Homes’ focus is building luxury private residences for a select few per year in addition to remodeling a few large projects. Anthony Arriaga also has experience with commercial construction including building from the ground up to completely renovating commercial buildings. In addition to construction, the owners have in depth knowledge of the Greater Houston real estate market. Jennifer is a Broker and a partner in Daniel Real Estate, having over 20 years of real estate experience to help clients every step of the way.

Abby Custom Homes can build on your own homesite, and builds in Memorial, Spring Branch, Inner Loop, Creekside and Carlton Woods, The Woodlands, West University, and Royal Oaks Country Club. They have previously in Conroe, Hockley and Katy as well. References are available upon request.
